Stock doors are sold as is and are ready to ship within 7 - 10 days. Screens are included in the listed price of all stock doors.
All our doors are 1 1/16" thick. They are manufactured of solid quarter sawn mahogany (sapelle), with glued and pegged mortise and tenon joinery.
Stock doors can be resized by you or your carpenter by taking up to 1/2" from the top, 1/2" from the bottom, 1/2" from the left, and 1/2" from the right. Any more than that will threaten the integrity of the door. Wooden Screen Door Company will not resize doors.
Hardware is NOT included. Hardware, mortising for a latch ($50), mortising for the hinges ($50), and tempered storm glass (usually $215) can be added. These additions will affect the lead time.
